Recipe: Healthy, tasty breakfast pancake!

I never thought I'd be the kind of blogger who posts recipes, but I guess I was wrong, hehe:) This one is simply too good for me to keep by myself. Tastes lovely, and best of all..very, very healthy. This is perfect if you want to loose weight (or just keep your weight), it's full of proteins and very low on carbs. The cinnamon makes the mtabolism work fast and also clears out toxins. I eat this several days a week, cause it's tasty, easy and healthy. Perfect any time of the day, for me it usually works as a lunch. You should try it.

2 tablespoons of oatmeal or rolled oats
1 tablespoon of Cinnamon
Just a little bit of water
A pinch of Cardamom
2 tablespoons of Cottage Cheese
2 eggs

Blueberries, or any type of berries:)

Whisp it all together, and poor into a medium hot pan (use a bit of butter). Fry like a Omelet.
Be careful so that it doesn't burn.

Put it on a plate and add loads of your favourite berries. Remeber berries are full of antioxidants, which keeps us healthy and makes our skin look good. So use lots of it! ;) In summertime I use fresh strawberries, but now I use frozen blueberries that I just put into the microwave.
On top of the berries I like to put some fruit sugar with vanilla. I don't use sugar, and neither should you, fruit sugar is a lot better for the blood sugar. I keep my fruit sugar in a box together with vanilla sticks, so that it gets a real nice taste. Yum.

It's interesting to see just how permeant memory has become in our lives. It's like everytime I turn my head, I see something with a card slot or USB port, haha. I guess it makes sense though, considering how inexpensive memory has become as of late...

Gahhhh, who am I to complain. I can't make it through a single day without using my R4 / R4i!
