Hussein Chalayan f 09/10
Hussein Chalayan is in my eyes one of the best, and in this seasons collection there's some looks that I love, love, love. It would be these monochrome and dramatic ones. The luxurious feeling combinated with such a strong, almost hard look just captivates me. And then there's the beautiful colour scheme.. Very inspiring.
For us who can't afford Chalayan's treaures...there's always ways to get a kinda similar look for less. Good thing maxi skirts, biker jackets and thigh high boots are flooding the stores.
On the collage: Booties from H&M, tank- dress from Sass & Bide, long biker jacket and cocoon coat from Acne, paneled leggings, silk skirt, dress, and boots from Topshop, Draped top from Alexander Wang. Lipstick from Chanel, colour Rouge Noir.
