I disse dager da vi er hekta på Obama, er jeg kanskje ikke den eneste som tenker på Jackie Kennedy Onassis. Michelle Obama har blitt sammenlignet med henne mange ganger. Kjendiser som Katie Holmes har kopiert stilen hennes, og de legendariske store svarte solbrillene er en klassiker. Jackie O's stil var tidløs. Hun var alltid elegant, om hun var casual eller skulle i galla. Med de neste fire årene, håper verden på forandring, kanskje Obama er litt som John F. Kennedy, og kanskje vi går inn i en tid som har noe til felles med sekstitallet, nemlig optimisme. Jackie O- stilen har aldrig vært ut, men noe sier meg at de neste årene kommer den til å bli enda mer in.
These days when we are hooked on Obama, I might not be the only one who thinks about Jackie Kennedy Onassis. Michelle Obama has been comparised to her many times. Celebrities like Katie Holmes has cpied her style, and the legendary black sunglasses are classic. Jackie O's style was timeless. She was always elegant, wether she was casual ore attending a gala. With the next four years the world is hoping for change, maybe Obama is a bit like John F. Kennedy, and maybe we are going into a time that has something in common with the sixties, optimism. The Jackie o- style has never been out, but something tells me that for the next years it will be even more in.
