Ok, so since I still get questions about these shoes, I thought I'd make a post where I answer all of the questions in one place. If you didn't know already, they are from Jeffrey Campbell, and the style is called "Lita". I ordered mine from Solestruck. They are very popular tho, so I had to preorder months in adwance. I see they are sold out in this colour right now, but they'll probably restock, I guess. They fit true to size, I use 37, and got them in 7, and they fit me like a glowe. And, they are comfy to walk in. I swear. As comfy as tall shoes can be.

Finally I've got the shoes that goes with everything!

These are becoming somewhat of a uniform shoe here in Oslo. I was in another store after I had picked them up, and the girl who worked there was totally eyeing the pink bag with the recogniseable logo. After a while she was like -Have you bought new Acne shoes?!! :)

Just picked up these at the Post Office.

And I'm so happy about them! Preordered them in July, so I've been waiting for a while for them to arrive. Was kinda worried about the size, but they fit perfectly. They are pretty hazardous though. I was planning to wear them on my girl Cecilie's birthday party, but now that I've tried them, and walked a bit around the living room, I don't think they'd go well with wine..

I like these though, they're so clean and simple. Wooden heels, definitely a fall favourite.

Pretty, pretty wedges from Alaia. How perfect are they? Paired with jeans shorts and a simple white shirt, or with floral dresses..anything, they'd make just any old summer outfit perfect. (Just a tad bit expensive though, haha..)

How to wear your tights

I just had a discussion the other day with some friends. They think I'm a bit strict when I say that tan coloured tights are for icedancers and old ladies, only. I like tights, but if bare legged is the look you are aiming for, then you should be bare legged. Those skin coloured tights will make your legs look..kinda old, and in worst cases tacky. In summer bare legs are hot, and when it's too cold I suggest black, lace or any type of colour, except the mentioned.
So I had to giggle a bit when I just saw that I had filed this pic under "Yum". Ok, so I admit..it can look cool when styled nicely. ;) (these are silk tights by the way, not like the ones we get on H&M..)
What do you think about the tights subject?

Every girl needs a nice pair of flats

Saw these and immediately felt a craving. After staring at them for some time now, I feel an obsession growing. They are just so damn adorable, I can't stand it. I have a wish list/ plan for stuff I want to get in spring. Only problem is that the list is getting longer, and longer, of course. But don't you just agree in the filosofy that every girl needs a nice pair of flats? :)

Boot-porn

Now you know my inner fantasies. It's not the Atacomas, not the Chloés...no no (all tho I wouldn't exactly mind them). For me Golden Goose boots are what makes my heart beat. What can I say, I'm a down to earth kinda girl;)
Actually, I've been drooling over them for more than a year now. My favourites are the ones on pic no 2. They cost "only" $1.250.. Not a very down to earth price, huh? Well, not all fantasies are supposed to come to life.

Blackness

The kind of black that I like.
Fall is in the air, and I can't wait.
Summer is so wonderful, but when fall comes it feels like magic. This summer I've been doing all sorts of floral, hippie, feminine things, thought I'd really make it feel like summer, the way summer felt when I was little.
But now.. Now I just can't wait to get al that blackness going. Ever since I saw the collections for fall, you know the mysterious gothic inspired, very very black collections (like McQeen, Pugh and Gaultier) I've been looking forward to this upcoming fall and winter.
I'm so ready for a black season now.
Lace, velvet, leather, glass or whatever.. Bring the black!
